Kinard's Catering & Events, LLC offers a range of planning services from full event planning to month of coordination.
Our Event Planners will plan and execute your event with excellent project management skills and detail precision to make sure everything is elegant and chic.
We truly enjoy all the aspects of wedding planning at the Kinard's Catering & Events. Starting with meeting our couples on a complimentary consultation to creating great ideas and design to the final day when two become one. In creating a close personal relationship with our clients, we truly get to know you, so that we can translate our conversations into a beautifully designed, coordinated and budget minded creation.
We maintain relationships with reputable florists, bakers, photographers, DJ’s, videographers & makeup artists in order to ensure that your wedding is unique and runs smoothly.
Our design meetings consist of:
- Creating Design boards to develop the look of your wedding
- Coordination of all aspects of the décor for your wedding ensuring that your colors, theme and motif are seamlessly weaved throughout your special day
- Creating personal, unique details that will wow your guests
- Day-of on-site coordination of décor details to ensure everything is setup perfectly, the way you envisioned
- Wedding budget goals and parameters
